Why does iPhone FileExplorer pop-up when I start Windows?
iPhone FileExplorer has to be running to allow access to your iPhone, so it loads when Windows starts. You can change this behaviour in the 'Options' window.
Alternatively, you could
purchase the full version, which doesn't pop-up when it loads! :)
My iPhone is not detected.
Firstly, try unplugging and plugging in your iPhone. It should beep as it connects.
If that doesn't help, send us an email at
support@iphonefileexplorer.com
Please include the iPhoneFileExplorer.log file. Normally it is located in the 'c:\Program Files\1am Studios\iPhone FileExplorer' folder.
